Meeting Adelyn
This weekend I finally had the chance to meet Adelyn Paige.
Adelyn is the first child for my college roommate Sam and her husband Jeff.
Adelyn is 2 months.
She is absolutely adorable.
I wish I had more time to take pictures of her, but she provided me with lots of different facial expressions.
For this shoot I used my 100mm macro lens and my 50mm lens. I used natural window light.

My Baby Brother Is A Married Man!
On Friday, August 5, 2011, I celebrated my baby brothers marriage to Ms Maja N. It was a wonderful wedding. My bride looked gorgeous and my brother looked handsome. We had a blast!
This was the first chance for me to take pictures while the bride prepared for her big day. Their photographer even let me follow him around and help look for places to hang her dress for photos. I was a bridesmaid, so I did not get the opportunity to take photos during the ceremony.

PART 2
I attended my cousins Alexander's 8th grade Graduation/ Confirmation Party. It was held in a really nice park with a lake.
At this point, I still had no desire to practice my photography like I use to.
Earlier this month, I attended my brother's birthday party. This was the first time I met my 10 month old cousin Kayleanna. She was so cute. I just had to take a picture of her. I also took pictures of other children that were at the BBQ

I started to miss photography :(
This past weekend made me realize how much I actually missed taking photographs. I went to a friend's house for a christening. A couple of my husband's coworker bought their kids and I just happened to bring my camera. When I got home and uploaded the photos. I was in love all over again.

So there you have it. This is the BEST of the photos I have taken over the last 3+ months. Right now I am just looking for people to lend me their children for photos!
