Just in the Nick of Time!

I literally just finished my project for class tonight.  It is now 5:49pm and my project is due at 7pm.  I still have to change, feed the dog,  feed myself, pack my bag, and make it to class on time.  Instead of doing all the things I need to do I am here talking to you.

So why am I talking to you instead of doing everything else????

I honestly don't know.
Maybe I just feel the need to blog and present my picture of the day to you.

A Balancing Act

I don't know what it is about this photo, but I like it.  Maybe it's all of the vertical lines in the photo.  I also like the asymmetry of the doors.  If you look closely you can see the doors are different heights.  It also looks like one door is wider than the other.  Additionally, the post on the left has been knocked down, but the post on the right remains standing.  The window also jumps put at me.  All of these elements make a well balanced photo in my opinion.
